Jon has been passionate about fitness his entire life.  He’s played soccer and football, practiced mixed martial arts, and even dabbled in competitive bodybuilding. 

Over the past 20 years, he’s trained people in nearly every situation imaginable – from combat deployments with the U.S. Marine Corps, to inner-city schoolyards, to the most well-appointed gyms across the country.  

When he’s not lifting himself or training clients, he’s spending time with his four kids and two dogs, playing video games, practicing piano (he’s also an accomplished concert pianist!), or working on his non-profit, The Unchained Fund.
